Online

  • Visit the official website of the Food and Civil Supplies of the state you are living in
  • Now, in the portal, you’ll find an option called “electronic point of sale” Click on that followed by clicking on the services tab
  • After clicking on the services tab, you’ll find an option for removing or changing names option
  • Click on the option and fill out the application form with details like name, reason for deletion, etc.
  • After that, you’ll have to submit the necessary documents mentioned below followed by clicking on the submit button
  • Your application form will be submitted successfully and you’ll be able to remove the name of the individual from your ration card

Offline

  • Visit the nearest ration distribution center and ask for the name deletion form or you can also download it online from the official website
  • Once in possession of the application, you’ll have to fill out the application form with details like name, reason for deletion, etc.
