How to Pay for any Bill Through UPI?
You can follow these steps to make payment for the bills that you get-
Using Online Portal
- Open the eCommerce Portal where you want to purchase the product or service and add that product to your cart
- Now, you’ll have to proceed to the checkout and enter the address, shipping, contact, and other details
- After entering the details, you’ll have to click on the pay button
- Now, you’ll be given many options for payment and you’ll have to select the UPI QR code as a payment option
- Alternatively, you can also choose VPA or Mobile number as a payment method
- After selecting the QR code, you’ll have to open your UPI app and scan the QR Code followed by entering the MPIN to make the payment
- If you’ve chosen the VPA method then you’ll have to enter your VPA and click on the pay button
- Now, open the UPI app and click on the Payment Request option
- There you’ll find a request for payment option and you’ll have to click on the pay button followed by entering the MPIN
- After entering the MPIN, your payment will be successfully processed and you’ll be able to purchase the product or service from the eCommerce Portal
Using UPI Apps- BHIM UPI, PAYTM, etc.
- Open the UPI app of your liking like PAYTM or BHIM UPI, etc. followed by logging in to the app
- After logging in, you’ll have to look for the service or utility bill option which you’ll have to pay the bill for followed by selecting the same
- After selecting the payment bill option, you’ll have to enter the service number which will be allotted to you by the company
- After that, you’ll have to enter the bill amount followed by clicking on the pay button
- After clicking on the pay button, enter the MPIN and up on successfully entering the MPIN, your bill will be settled
