  • You are required to complete the form with details like you address, nomination of the account, education qualification, etc.
  • After filling the form, click on the submit button and a PDF file will be downloaded
  • You’ll have to take a printout of the application form and attach the documents mentioned below
  • Now, visit the bank premises and submit the documents for verification
  • Your application will be reviewed and approved for further account opening process
  • After successful verification, you’ll receive the Canara Bank starter’s kit which will contain Canara bank debit card, digital banking pin, Cheque book, and passbook
