- Now, click on the File a Complaint button and solve the captcha followed by clicking on the next button
- After clicking on the next button, a form will appear where you’ll have to enter your name, and phone number followed by clicking on the Get OTP button
- After receiving the OTP, enter the OTP in the given field to verify the details
- After successful verification, you’ll have to fill out the rest of the form with details like name, address, etc.
- After filling out the application form, you’ll have to select the entity against which you are required to file a complaint and click on the next button
- Now, you’ll have to upload any of the supporting documents
- After uploading the documentation, you’ll have to click on the review and submit button
- Upon successful submission, you’ll receive a complaint number using which you can track your complaint
